About Lorna
For as long as I can remember, I have been a nurturer. As a mother of five boys, a chef, and a fitness and wellness professional, my passion has always been helping others thrive through nourishing food, movement, practical support, and meaningful connection. With experience in personal training, nutrition, natural health, and caring for others through life's many transitions, I understand how important it is to have support during seasons that feel overwhelming. Whether recovering from surgery, welcoming a new baby, supporting an aging parent, or simply navigating a particularly demanding chapter of life, having an extra pair of hands can make all the difference.
I have lived in the Bow Valley and the Rocky Mountains since 1989 and have built my life around community, wellness, and helping others. Through Seasons of Care, I provide compassionate, practical support that helps individuals and families create more ease, comfort, and peace of mind at home.
